The Role
As a Nursery Educator, you will
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Observe, assess and record children's progress.
- Support children's personal care and daily routines.
- Create learning opportunities throughout the day, from mealtimes to outdoor play.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
- Promote children's wellbeing, confidence and independence.
What We're Looking For
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, caring and proactive approach.
