The Role
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
- Follow school planning or deliver pre-prepared lessons where required.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Ensure safeguarding and school policies are adhered to at all times.
- Enjoy the flexibility of choosing assignments that suit your availability.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence working in different school environments.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
- ECTs are encouraged to apply.
