The Role
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs
- Support students with Autism, SEMH, and additional learning difficulties

- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
Skills & Experience
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience working within SEN settings or inclusive classrooms
- Can confidently manage behaviour and support additional needs
- Is passionate about improving outcomes for SEN pupils
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Child and Adult DBS
