Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets to recruit a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2026. We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has a genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with SEND
- Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic
- Is a recent graduate considering a career in education, psychology, or speech and language therapy, or someone with relevant experience
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Is reliable, proactive, and keen to make a real difference
- Previous SEND experience is desirable but not essential
