SEND Teaching Assistant β EYFS, Tower Hamlets, East London.
Full-Time | September 2026 β July 2027. Β£100 daily paid PAYE.

The role is with a welcoming and inclusive Early Years setting in Tower Hamlets, recruited on behalf of the school to support children with additional needs for the full academic year.

Responsibilities
- Support children both individually and in small groups within the EYFS provision, focusing on a range of additional learning needs.
- Encourage communication, social interaction and emotional development.
- Work alongside the class teacher and SENDCo to implement personalised support strategies.
- Promote independence through play-based learning and daily routines.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Help to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience supporting children with SEND, ideally within an Early Years setting.
- Patient, compassionate and enthusiastic approach.
- Understanding of inclusive practice and the importance of supporting all learners.
- Ability to build strong relationships with children and colleagues.
- Commitment to supporting children to achieve their individual goals.
- Willingness to commit to the full academic year.
