Are you an enthusiastic and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make an impact within The London Borough of Hackney? Tradewind are seeking confident, motivated and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants and 1:1 Learning Support Assistants to join a friendly staff team within this amazing London Borough.
Role Overview
- Support learning activities across the school including whole class cover when required
- Support teachers in planning, preparation and assessment
- Deliver Target Interventions to help pupils progress
- Work closely with children of varying abilities including those with SEN
- Contribute to a positive learning environment
- Support students on a 1:1 basis
What We're Looking For
- Have at least 1 years experience supporting students with SEN
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills
- Are confident with leading groups
- Are passionate about supporting children's learning
- Work collaboratively as a team
