A welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Ealing is looking for an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join their dedicated specialist provision from September (or sooner for the right person).

This is a rewarding opportunity to take ownership of a small, well-supported class of pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, speech & language delay, and moderate learning difficulties. The class benefits from a strong TA team, external therapy input, and a highly experienced SENCO who is very hands-on and supportive.

What you'll be doing:

  • Planning and delivering highly differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
  • Creating a structured, nurturing and predictable learning environment
  • Working closely with therapists (SALT, OT, EP) to implement strategies
  • Leading and supporting a small team of SEN Teaching Assistants
  • Tracking progress in both academic and developmental milestones
