Are you a passionate and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference? Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming Primary Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Hammersmith & Fulham, supporting pupils aged 5-11 with SEMH, ADHD and Autism. This nurturing school helps children rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning and develop positive relationships in a supportive, structured environment.
The Role:
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups with emotional and behavioural needs
- Use positive behaviour strategies and restorative approaches
- Help pupils build confidence, resilience and social skills
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning
What You'll Need:
- Experience supporting children with SEMH or SEND (school or care background)
- Patience, empathy and strong communication skills
- Team Teach or similar training (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
