The Role: As a Secondary SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging, individualized lessons that meet the needs of pupils with diverse and complex learning profiles. You'll work as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, fostering a safe and inclusive environment where children can thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the unique needs of SEN pupils.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
  • Enhanced Child‑only DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Full legal right to work in the UK.
