This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Science Teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career or an existing middle leader looking to further develop their leadership expertise within a forward-thinking and supportive academy environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Science provision across a designated key stage.
- Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to maximise achievement.
- Support curriculum planning and development.
- Coach, mentor and support colleagues within the department.
