Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with this client, a highly ambitious and successful all-through academy in Newham, to appoint an outstanding Science Key Stage Lead Teacher on a permanent, full-time basis from September. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Science Teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career or an existing middle leader looking to further develop their leadership expertise within a forward-thinking and supportive academy environment. The academy serves students from primary through to sixth form and has a strong reputation for academic excellence, inclusion and personal development. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Science provision across a designated key stage.
- Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to maximise achievement.
- Support curriculum planning and development.
- Coach, mentor and support colleagues within the department.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
