We are seeking a dedicated and organised Medical & First Aid Lead to join our team at a secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a vital role supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our students, particularly those with additional and complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and overseeing all medical needs within the school
  • Maintaining accurate student health records and care plans
  • Managing and monitoring medication on-site, liaising with parents/carers as needed
  • Acting as the lead first aider and responding to medical emergencies
  • Ensuring first aid provision across the school, including staff training and equipment checks
