Are you an experienced Careers Administrator with a passion for supporting young people in achieving their future ambitions?

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join our welcoming secondary school on a full‑time basis.

  • Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a school careers or careers administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of careers education, guidance, and destinations.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, employers, and external partners.
  • A degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer the school's careers programme.
  • Support the delivery of high‑quality careers education, information, advice, and guidance (CEIAG).
  • Organise careers events, employer engagement activities, work experience, and higher education visits.
  • Maintain accurate student destination data and careers records.
  • Liaise with external agencies, colleges, universities, apprenticeship providers, and employers.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the school meets the Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory careers guidance requirements.
