We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work full-time across a range of secondary schools in Lewisham. - Contributing to behaviour support plans and intervention strategies
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous and relevant experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar pastoral/behaviour support role
- Proven experience working within secondary school settings
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
