We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Art / Design Technology Technician to join a number of inclusive and forward-thinking secondary schools across Southwark. This is a full-time, five-day-per-week role, ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting creative learning and thrives in a busy school environment.
The Role
- Preparing, maintaining, and organising materials, tools, and equipment for Art and DT lessons
- Supporting practical lessons to ensure a safe, engaging, and well-run learning environment
- Maintaining specialist equipment and ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times
- Assisting teachers with demonstrations, displays, and classroom setup
- Managing stock, ordering supplies, and maintaining workshops and studios
