Pay: £100 per day for the first 12 weeks, £116 per day thereafter.

The Role
- Support children within a busy and engaging Reception classroom.
- Deliver targeted intervention groups to support early learning and development.
- Work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team to provide high‑quality learning experiences.
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs and learning barriers.
- Help create a stimulating environment where children feel safe, happy and confident to learn.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience working within EYFS or Reception.
- Has a strong understanding of child development and early learning.
- Enjoys outdoor learning and understands the positive impact it has on children’s development and wellbeing.
- Is excited by the opportunity to make use of the school’s beautiful outdoor provision and weekly Forest School sessions.
- Has experience supporting, or a genuine interest in working with, children with additional needs.
- Is patient, resilient and committed to helping every child reach their potential.
- Experience of supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs is highly advantageous.
- A genuine passion for inclusion and supporting children to overcome barriers to learning is essential.
