SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to recruit on behalf of a fantastic primary school in Ealing for an experienced school administrator seeking flexibility while staying at the heart of a busy school environment.
The Role
- Play a key role in the smooth running of the school office, with a particular focus on:
- Managing pupil attendance and following up absences.
- Supporting the school's admissions process.
- Liaising with parents and external agencies.
- Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school's MIS.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider office team.
- Delivering excellent customer service to families and visitors.
- Working Pattern
Approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility around either
- Monday-Thursday, 8:15amβ12:15pm (preferred).
- Two full days per week (approximately 7:45amβ4:30pm).
The role is available from September for at least the Autumn Term, with the potential to continue beyond.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Has previous experience working in a school office.
- Has experience with attendance and/or admissions.
- Is confident using school management systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar).
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Can build positive relationships with parents, pupils and colleagues.
- Is proactive, professional and enjoys working as part of a team.
