Are you a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding, full-time role in a supportive school environment? Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting experienced Level 3 TAs to work across a range of welcoming and high-achieving primary schools from January 2026.
These roles are ideal for Teaching Assistants who are confident working independently, supporting learning, and making a meaningful impact on pupil progress.
Available Roles:
- 1:1 SEN Support - Provide targeted, tailored support to pupils with additional needs, implementing strategies set by the SENCO and class teacher.
- General Classroom Support (EYFS - Year 6) - Support teaching and learning across the curriculum, including leading small groups.
- Early Years (EYFS) Support - Assist with learning through play, phonics, early development, and observations in Nursery and Reception settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Lead small group interventions and learning activities
- Provide 1:1 and group SEN support in line with EHCPs
- Assist with planning, resources, observations, and assessments
- Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and pupil wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
Candidate Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting
- Confident supporting learning independently and in small groups
- Patient, proactive, and passionate about education
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Available to work full-time from January 2026
