Are you passionate about working with children and looking to start a rewarding career in early years education? We are looking for a Nursery Assistant to join us at Tradewind, who has a Level 3 DFE equivalent qualification to work in nursery settings across the region. Hours vary and you will be working local nurseries on a supply basis to support their staffing needs. If you have a Level 3 qualification then this is perfect; however, Level 2 qualifications will also be considered.
As a Nursery Assistant with Tradewind you will:
- Support qualified nursery staff in the delivery of fun, engaging activities in local nurseries
- Help to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
- Assist with mealtimes and daily routines
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
What we are looking for:
- A warm, friendly, and patient nature
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Previous experience working with children
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- A Level 3 EYFS/Nursery Qualification
