SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants to support primary and independent schools in Clapham and nearby areas of Wandsworth and Richmond. This is a flexible supply opportunity supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ideal for candidates looking for part‑time or full‑time work across a range of schools.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide classroom support and help pupils remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day. Typical responsibilities include:
- Working 1:1 with pupils or in small intervention groups
- Assisting with literacy and numeracy learning activities
- Supporting teachers with classroom organisation and lesson delivery
- Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement

Who We're Looking For
