Sanza is working with an outstanding primary school in Lambeth that is seeking a committed Key Stage 1 teacher for a full‑time, long‑term role starting in September.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons across all core and foundation subjects in line with the KS1 National Curriculum.
- Use formative and summative assessment to monitor pupil progress, inform planning, and ensure all children are challenged and supported appropriately.
- Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment where children feel safe, confident and motivated to learn.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and carers, sharing progress updates and supporting learning at home.
- Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants and the SENDCo to identify and meet the diverse needs of all learners.
- Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in staff meetings, CPD, school events and extracurricular activities.
