Tradewind are recruiting! We are looking for dynamic and engaging Graduates seeking school experience for Secondary classrooms across Warrington. Are you a recent graduate thinking about a career as a Secondary Teacher and would like some classroom experience? Are you looking for flexible work that can fit around your lifestyle? Roles
- Cover Supervisor – you will be required to oversee the completion of set work in the absence of the subject teacher. You will refine your behaviour management strategies as you are responsible for managing the behaviour of the class, safeguarding students' wellbeing, and providing feedback at the end of the day to the cover manager, including reporting any issues.
- Teaching Assistant – you could work on a 1‐2‐1 or in a small group setting, working with students with SEND or students who have been identified as requiring catch up. You will converse with the subject teacher to discuss specific requirements for the lesson.

- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure Certificate, which is on the update service or be willing to apply for one (cost refunded after the completion of 20 days' work)
