Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Source, interview and register high-quality education professionals
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates, schools and clients
  • Write professional candidate profiles and market outstanding talent
  • Match candidates to suitable permanent and temporary vacancies
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Work towards realistic KPIs with the support of experienced managers
  • Negotiate placements and generate revenue
  • Earn uncapped commission from day one
