Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified EYFS Teacher for a two-form entry primary school in Southall, West London, starting in January 2027. The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Support children's communication, language, physical development, early literacy and numeracy.
- Use play-based learning and structured activities to encourage curiosity, independence and confidence.
- Observe, assess and record children's progress, using these observations to inform future planning.
- Establish positive routines and create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Work closely with colleagues and teaching assistants to support children's individual learning needs.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers and contribute to children's wellbeing and development.
- Follow the school's safeguarding procedures and ensure children's safety at all times.

Salary
