Role Summary
Support children under 3 years old in both the baby room and toddler room, creating a safe, engaging, and caring environment that supports early development through play, routine and positive interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard and support children's development in the Children's Centre.
- Plan, facilitate and assess learning activities suitable for the EYFS framework.
- Collaborate with the Early Years team to promote children's communication, confidence and independence.
- Maintain a tidy, healthy and stimulating learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with children, staff and families.

- Pay: £17.05‐£18.05 per hour (PAYE)
- Hours/Shifts: 08:00‐16:00, 09:00‐17:00, 10:00‐18:00
Requirements
- Cache Level 3 qualification (or equivalent/higher).
- Previous experience working in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Enthusiastic, caring, adaptable and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
