We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Officer to join their Baby Room team from September. This is a full-time, term-time role working between 8:00am and 6:00pm, supporting the youngest children in the centre in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

The Role

  • Working within the Baby Room, supporting children's learning and development
  • Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
  • Contributing to observations, assessments and planning

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
  • Has experience working with babies and young children
  • Is passionate about early childhood development
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
