Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools and nursery settings across the London Borough of Islington who are looking to recruit enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Educators to join their Early Years teams from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in supportive educational settings where children are encouraged to thrive through creative, play-based learning and high-quality early years provision.
The Role
- Supporting the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote curiosity, creativity and independence.
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and the wider school team.
- Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
- Supporting children's social, emotional and communication development.
- The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or recognised equivalent).
- Experience working within a nursery, children's centre or primary school Early Years setting.
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
