Tradewind are recruiting! Are you looking for your next role as a Cover Supervisor in a school located in East London? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join one of our valued secondary school clients in East London. This is a full‐time, temporary role starting 1st October.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre‐prepared lessons across a range of subjects to students in Key Stages 3 & 4 in the absence of the classroom teacher. You will manage classroom behaviour, ensure lessons run smoothly, and provide support to students where needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching, or for those with experience working with young people in schools, youth work, or tutoring.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Previous experience working with secondary school students (minimum 1 year experience)
  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning across subjects
  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people

Salary

£100 - £150 per day (depending on experience)
