Tradewind Recruitment is collaborating with schools located in Grimsby that are seeking a flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support with general cover. The opportunity is part-time, up to 1 – 5 days a week Monday to Friday. The role is ideal for a candidate seeking experience in a mainstream secondary school or someone considering a teaching career.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students are focused.
- Be adaptable in the classroom and overcome challenges following behavioural policies and safeguarding procedures.
- Demonstrate professional and positive attitudes in the classroom.
- Collaborate with members of staff on site and encourage good behaviour from students.
Requirements
- Experience working within an educational role.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to undergo one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Satisfactory references.
Remuneration
£100 – £150 per day.
