Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a real difference in education? We are currently recruiting AP Behaviour Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Hammersmith and the surrounding areas.

As an AP Behaviour TA, you will support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, helping them to engage in learning and achieve their full potential. This is a rewarding role for individuals who are patient, resilient, and committed to creating positive outcomes for young people.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (preferred but not essential)
  • A calm, positive, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • A passion for supporting students both academically and emotionally
  • The right to work in the UK
