Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour in a specialist secondary setting. You will work closely with SEN and pastoral teams to support pupils' emotional regulation, behaviour management and re-engagement with learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support (KS3-KS4)
  • Implement de-escalation and behaviour regulation strategies
  • Support pupils to re-engage with learning
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Requirements:
  • Experience working within SEMH, PRU or SEND settings
  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
  • Team Teach, MAPA or equivalent training preferred
  • Calm, resilient and relationship-focused approach
