We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Behaviour Manager to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school environment across Lambeth on a full-time, 5-day-per-week basis. The Role:

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Behaviour Manager or within a similar pastoral/behaviour-focused role in secondary schools

- Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and resilient approach
- A degree is preferred
