The successful candidate will provide consistent, tailored support throughout the pupil's school day, working closely with the class teacher, wider school team and family to promote learning, development, inclusion and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day, including lessons, outdoor activities, meals and school transitions. Support the pupil to access learning and participate fully in school life. Support the implementation of relevant aspects of the pupil's EHCP. Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to implement strategies that support learning, communication and inclusion. Build a positive, trusting and professional relationship with the pupil. Promote the pupil's wellbeing, independence and development.
