These roles are ideal for Teaching Assistants who are confident working independently, supporting learning, and making a meaningful impact on pupil progress.

Available Roles:

  • 1:1 SEN Support - Provide targeted, tailored support to pupils with additional needs, implementing strategies set by the SENCO and class teacher.
  • General Classroom Support (EYFS - Year 6) - Support teaching and learning across the curriculum, including leading small groups.
  • Early Years (EYFS) Support - Assist with learning through play, phonics, early development, and observations in Nursery and Reception settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff

Candidate Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working in a primary school setting
  • Confident supporting learning independently and in small groups
  • Patient, proactive, and passionate about education
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Available to work full-time from January 2026
