What is the IMPACT Academy?
The IMPACT Academy is our dedicated graduate training programme, designed to turn motivated graduates into high‑performing Recruitment Consultants. You will receive hands‑on recruitment training, live coaching, and ongoing mentoring from experienced professionals.
Graduate Recruitment Consultant – The Role:
- Source and interview candidates for education vacancies
- Write professional candidate profiles and market them to schools
- Work closely with experienced consultants to maximise placements
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Work towards achievable KPIs with full management support
- Earn uncapped commission from the start
This role is ideal for graduates who thrive in sales‑focused environments and are motivated by progression and financial success.
Salary, Commission & Benefits:
- £32,000 basic salary
- OTE £35,000 – £40,000 in Year 1
