A welcoming secondary school in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the maintenance, security and health & safety of the school site.

This is a full-time opportunity starting ASAP.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the school site, ensuring buildings and grounds are safe, secure and well maintained.

  • Managing site maintenance and repairs
  • Overseeing health & safety compliance and site inspections
  • Managing contractors and external service providers
  • Acting as the main keyholder for the school
  • Supervising site staff and allocating workloads
  • Supporting school events and out-of-hours lettings
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and security across the site
