We are urgently looking for people who have a background or experience working with young people or in a youth work setting across Sefton and Liverpool, particularly in the Bootle, Southport and Netherton areas.
Your role will be working in a classroom setting often on a one-to-one or three-to-one basis with a young person under the guidance of a teacher.

The Role:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils across KS3 and KS4.
- Help deliver personalised learning and behaviour strategies.
- Support pupils' social and emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma or disruption in their education.
- Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH or additional needs.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills.
- A team player who is also confident working independently.
- A willingness to learn and undertake relevant CPD.
