Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a large secondary academy in Liverpool to recruit a PSHE / Citizenship / Sociology Teacher for a full-time, temporary position starting immediately. This role has arisen due to staff absence and will involve teaching PSHE, Citizenship and Sociology across Key Stages 3 and 4. The school is keen to appoint a confident and engaging teacher who can maintain continuity and high standards of learning during this period.
The Role:
- Full-time teaching of PSHE, Citizenship and Sociology
- Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
- Supporting pupils' personal development and academic progress
- Working collaboratively within a supportive department
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching PSHE, Citizenship and/or Sociology
- Strong classroom management skills
- Available to start immediately
- Open to early career teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers
