This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, supportive environment where children come first.
The Role
- Lead, inspire and support a small team of nursery practitioners
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development in line with the EYFS
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and staff
- Monitor progress, complete observations and maintain accurate records
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and all statutory requirements are met
About You
- Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years / Childcare
- Experienced in leading or mentoring staff within an early years setting
- Confident with the EYFS framework and child development practices
- A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Passionate about creating enriching learning experiences
