Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a secondary school setting? We are working with a supportive secondary school on the Wirral who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support students both academically and pastorally.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN and behavioural challenges
- Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
- Helping to adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs
- Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support student progress and wellbeing
What we're looking for:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (11-16)
