What you'll be doing:
- Assisting teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
- Supporting children one-to-one and in small groups
- Helping pupils with literacy, numeracy and other core skills
- Providing encouragement and emotional support to boost confidence
- Promoting a safe, inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere
What you'll need to work through Tradewind Education:
