Tradewind Education has Academic Support Assistant opportunities in Secondary schools across the Wirral. Join our team and help young learners build skills, confidence and a love of learning in a supportive, welcoming environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
- Supporting children one-to-one and in small groups
- Helping pupils with literacy, numeracy and other core skills
- Providing encouragement and emotional support to boost confidence
- Promoting a safe, inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere
What you'll need to work through Tradewind Education:
- A passion for helping children learn and develop
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
