The Role
- Deliver engaging, creative and high-quality lessons across the primary age range
- Adapt confidently to different school environments and classroom settings
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school or plan and deliver lessons where required
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Support pupils to reach their full academic and personal potential
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents where appropriate
- Provide clear feedback to schools following each placement
We are looking for
- Hold QTS
- Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Possess a strong understanding of the primary national curriculum
- Be confident teaching EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Be flexible, reliable and able to adapt quickly to different classrooms
- Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and organisational skills
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be passionate about delivering engaging lessons that inspire children to succeed
- Be committed to supporting every child's academic, social and emotional development
