Supply Teacher Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for flexible primary school teaching practitioners that are available from as little as 1 day per week, up to full time, to work in schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

Payment for daily supply teacher bookings will be between £140 and £180 per day, depending on experience, qualifications and distance travelled.
We are looking for practitioners who can start September 2026.
Long term positions will be paid in line with the main teaching pay scale, from M1 to UPS 3, scaled to a daily rate of between £171 to £271 per day.
This role will involve working on a flexible basis covering a variety of year groups.
You will be responsible for ensuring that students are behaving and making progress throughout the day, and responsible for ensuring that any safeguarding concerns or queries are passed on to the designated safeguarding lead.
You will provide an integral role in the day to day running of the schools you are working in.
Consistency is extremely important for schools, so it is very likely that many of your shifts will be in the same school or set of schools, to ensure that the learners have a familiar face teaching them, you are well versed in school policies, and that you are comfortable within a school that is familiar to you. ...
