Are you an engaging, inspiring, and knowledgeable Maths Teacher that is seeking a long-term role in Market Rasen? If so, Tradewind recruitment have an exciting position available to you! We are working with a school that is seeking a full-time Maths specialist to assist with a maternity cover starting 23/02/2025 - 23/02/26.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and teach KS3 - KS4 Mathematics that offers a wide range of activities to encourage all learners to participate.
- Collaborate with the Maths department and contribute on ways to make Maths more accessible and exciting for students.
- Uphold behavioural and safeguarding policies in the school.
- Carry out teaching duties in accordance with the academy SOW and exam board.
During your placement, Tradewind Recruitment will support you with CPD Training through the National College, your own personal consultant to deal with needs, and keeping you updated with opportunities in the area. The role will be paid to scale with a daily rate of £168.80 - 232.56.
Qualifications
- QTS with Mathematics degree/qualification.
- Experience teaching in Secondary Schools.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Satisfactory References.
