Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with secondary schools in Lincoln to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant from September.

The role involves 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and achieve their potential.

You will work with teaching staff and the SEND team to support learners with SEMH, ASD, dyslexia and other needs.

Immediate start with a competitive daily rate of Β£95-Β£100 and ongoing potential.
