Start the day right for our students. We are seeking a reliable and calm Driver to join our unique SEMH and ASC school. For our students, the journey to school is the first step in their "personalised" day. We need someone who understands that a stable, friendly presence can make all the difference to a vulnerable young person's emotional wellbeing.
The Role:
- Safely transport students (10-19) to and from our specialist day school.
- Act as a positive role model during transit, maintaining a calm and inclusive environment.
- Work split shifts that fit around our school day.
What You Need:
- A clean UK Driving Licence (D1 entitlement preferred).
- A patient, "student-led" approach to communication.
- A commitment to our Attachment Aware ethos - understanding that behaviour is communication.
