Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a welcoming primary school in Sheffield who are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Nursery class from October 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic practitioner to make a real difference to children at the very start of their learning journey.
The Role

Working closely with the Nursery class teacher to provide high-quality support to children aged 3-4.

Supporting children\βs learning, social and emotional development through engaging activities and structured routines.

Assisting with planning and delivering small group and individual interventions.

Helping to create a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment.

Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents to support progress and wellbeing.
The School is looking for someone who

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

Has experience working with early years or within a Nursery setting.
