As part of our network, you\’ll have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, support pupils in their academic and personal development, and be part of a supportive, professional team. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to teachers and pupils across a variety of subjects. Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to assist with learning and development. Support the classroom teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons. Encourage positive behaviour and create an inclusive, engaging learning environment. Monitor and record pupil progress, assisting with the implementation of intervention strategies. Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive atmosphere.The Ideal Candidate: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a primary school setting. A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children. Flexible and adaptable to different school environments and teaching needs.
