Key Responsibilities: Provide support to teachers and pupils across a variety of subjects. Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to assist with learning and development. Monitor and record pupil progress, assisting with the implementation of intervention strategies. Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive atmosphere.The Ideal Candidate: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a primary school setting. A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children. Flexible and adaptable to different school environments and teaching needs.
