We are working with a fantastic, high-quality nursery in Fulham seeking flexible and reliable Level 3 Early Years Practitioners for supply cover. This is a single nursery setting that operates a very flexible and practitioner-friendly booking system. Each week, the nursery offers block bookings in advance, and you are able to choose the days and weeks that work best for you, giving you full control over your schedule while still enjoying consistency in one lovely setting.
This is a Level 3 essential role, ideal for practitioners who are confident, adaptable, and enjoy flexibility without constantly moving between different settings.
About the role
As a flexible Level 3 Practitioner, you will support day-to-day EYFS practice across nursery rooms, stepping into different age groups and teams as needed within the same nursery setting. You will deliver high-quality, play-based learning, support routines, and help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
You may be offered:
- Weekly block bookings (chosen at the start of each week)
- Flexible ongoing assignments based on your availability
- Occasional longer placements where needed
You will still be involved in observations, learning support, and inclusive practice where required, ensuring consistency in high-quality care and education.
