SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Greenwich for a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September. This is a full-time, term-time only position, working 8:30am - 3:30pm, for the entire academic year.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children within the Early Years setting, helping to create a nurturing, engaging and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
The Role:
- Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom
- Working with small groups and individual pupils
- Assisting with the delivery of engaging learning activities
- Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development
- Helping to maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
- Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, caring and proactive approach
