Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you\'ll:
- Source and interview high-quality candidates
- Build relationships with teachers, support staff and schools
- Write professional candidate profiles and CV summaries
- Match candidates to suitable vacancies
- Develop new business opportunities
- Manage client and candidate relationships
- Work towards realistic KPIs with ongoing support
- Negotiate placements
- Earn uncapped commission from day one
